Customer Support Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. As most interactions are written, strong English communication skills are essential. You will also manage complaints, inquiries, and order-related issues while representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Handle order status, product inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to resolve order issues
  • Ensure proper follow-ups until issues are fully resolved
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of customer service experience (E-commerce preferred)
  • Typing speed: 50+ WPM
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • O/A Level educational background preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
  • Calm, responsible, and professional attitude
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Immediate joining preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
(Monday–Friday On-Site | Saturday Work From Home)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
