About the Role
We are looking for a Front Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for incoming leads and prospects. This role is critical in qualifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to move leads toward conversion.
If you are confident, well-spoken, target-driven, and comfortable dealing with international clients, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads via website, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and freelance marketplaces
Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on scope, budget, and timelines
Conduct initial discovery calls / meetings with prospects
Present company services clearly (Web, Mobile Apps, ERP, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Coordinate with technical, PM, and account teams for feasibility and proposals
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM / tracking systems
Achieve monthly lead qualification and conversion targets
Ensure professional and timely communication with all prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in front sales, business development, or inside sales (software/services preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English (international client handling is a must)
Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical services at a high level (no coding required)
Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead management systems
Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn leads is a strong plus

Maintain high lead response and follow-up discipline
Deliver accurate requirement summaries to internal teams
Contribute to improved conversion ratios and sales pipeline quality
