Front Sales Executive (Night Shift) - Onsite

Role Overview We’re hiring a Front Sales Executive (3–4 years) who can generate and close new business for Design, Marketing, and Web services. This role requires fluent English, excellent proposal building skills, and confidence handling client/prospect calls. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, pitching, proposal creation, closing, and coordinating smooth handovers to delivery teams. This is a results-oriented role: performance and rewards will be based on outcomes (revenue, conversions, closures), not effort. Key Responsibilities 1) Lead Generation & Prospecting (Inbound + Outbound) ● Generate leads via Upwork, Bark, Thumbtack, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and direct prospecting. ● Manage and optimize profiles, proposals, and outreach strategy on these platforms to increase response rate and conversions. ● Qualify leads based on budget, urgency, business fit, and decision-maker access. 2) Consultative Selling & Closing ● Conduct discovery calls with prospects (English is mandatory) and identify pain points and goals. ● Pitch the right solutions across: branding/logo, websites, e-commerce, SEO, social media marketing (SMM), search engine marketing (SEM), paid ads, landing pages, and retainers. ● Handle objections professionally, negotiate within approved bands, and close deals confidently. 3) Proposal Writing & Deal Packaging ● Write high-quality proposals with clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. ● Build service packages and retainers that are easy to understand and easy to say “yes” to. ● Coordinate with operations and PM to ensure feasibility before committing. 4) SMM & SEM Selling for High Conversion ● Understand and sell SMM/SEM conversion-focused services, including funnel strategy, landing pages, ad creatives, targeting, and tracking. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to position our performance offerings around ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
