Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager with 3+ years of experience in account management and sales, preferably within the Cyber Security domain. The role is responsible for managing and expanding high-value customer accounts by building trusted relationships, driving renewals and revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to clients while owning the full commercial and account lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Success
- Manage and grow assigned key customer accounts with significant revenue impact.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams.
- Understand client business, operational, and security needs to position appropriate solutions.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for account expansion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and contractual compliance.
- Handle escalations, complaints, and complex customer requests professionally.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling across assigned accounts.
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals.
- Support RFP responses, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Track and report account performance, KPIs, and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Identify new opportunities within existing clients and strategic accounts.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events and forums.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager / Account Manager, preferably in Cyber Security.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing accounts with USD 2–5 million+ cumulative revenue.
- Experience selling to Financial Services or Telecom sectors.
- Strong experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with structured procurement and decision-making processes.
