We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s from a reputable institute.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as paid campaigns, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
· Experienced in developing and overseeing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
· Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
· Solid understanding of eCommerce industry, user requirements and experience.
· High level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
· Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
Responsibilities:
1. Optimize user experience: Continuously analyze and optimize the user experience of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, engaging, and conversion-focused. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
2. Analyze traffic and performance metrics: Utilize analytics tools and reporting systems to monitor and analyze website traffic, online sales, and marketing campaign performance. Identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement, and provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various teams, including marketing, customer services and fulfilment team to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches, and website enhancements to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
4. Stay updated on industry and user trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and user experience. Stay attuned to changing user requirements and preferences to proactively adapt strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
5. Collaborate with the creative team to establish and communicate clear creative guidelines that align with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and messaging. Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital marketing channels and materials. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, considering both the target audience and the brand’s objectives. Provide guidance and feedback to the creative team to bring the campaign concepts to life effectively.
