E Commerce Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible & disciplined E-commerce Operations & Management Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, delivery coordination through courier companies, inventory and stock management, payment reconciliation, customer support, and coordination with marketing and social media partners.

The role also includes managing operations team. Team size and growth will be directly linked to performance, efficiency, and business profitability.

This is an onsite position based in Karachi and the candidate must be willing to work from our Mehran Town, Korangi office.

Key Responsibilities:
⁠ ⁠Manage overall day-to-day e-commerce operations

⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth coordination between operations, marketing, customer support, and management

⁠ ⁠Monitor website listings, order flow, and operational performance

Order & Delivery Management

⁠ ⁠Confirm and process customer orders

⁠ ⁠Book and manage deliveries through courier companies (e.g., Trax, BlueEx, Leopards, TCS, etc.)

⁠ Overlook shipments including invoice printing, labeling, and product arrangement

⁠ ⁠Track orders and confirm successful deliveries

⁠ ⁠Resolve delivery delays, returns, and courier-related issues

Invoices, Returns & Cancellations

⁠ ⁠Generate and manage invoices and order documentation

⁠ ⁠Handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate operational records using internal systems and spreadsheets

Payment & Reconciliation

⁠ ⁠Update COD and prepaid payment statuses

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with courier companies and payment channels for settlements

⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate and timely financial records

Customer Support & Feedback

⁠ ⁠Communicate professionally with customers via WhatsApp, phone, or email

⁠ ⁠Resolve complaints related to orders, deliveries, and products

⁠ ⁠Collect customer feedback and reviews after delivery

Stock & Inventory Management

⁠ ⁠Manage warehouse stock, including returned and restocked items

⁠ ⁠Update inventory availability on the website

⁠ Overlook ⁠uploading product pictures and details

⁠ ⁠Add and update products on the website

⁠ ⁠Conduct periodic and monthly stock audits

Marketing & Growth Coordination

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with website and social media management agencies

⁠ ⁠Assist in planning and execution of marketing and sales strategies

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with social media influencers for promotions and collaborations

⁠ ⁠Share product details, offers, and campaign requirements with partners

Sales Recovery

⁠ ⁠Follow up on abandoned checkouts and incomplete orders to improve conversions

Team Management & Development

⁠ ⁠Manage daily tasks of the operations team

⁠ ⁠Train team members on order processing, delivery coordination, inventory handling, and customer support

⁠ ⁠Assign responsibilities and monitor performance

⁠ ⁠Improve team efficiency through better processes and discipline

⁠ ⁠Support hiring and team expansion based on performance, workload, and company profitability

Other Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Handle any other operational or coordination tasks related to e-commerce management as required

⁠ ⁠Available for full-time, office-based operations

Preferred Experience:

⁠ ⁠Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or order fulfillment

⁠ ⁠Prior experience handling or training a small team is a strong plus

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with courier coordination and inventory management

⁠ ⁠Experience working with agencies or influencers is an advantage

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
