AM Power

We are seeking a AM Power (O&M) for our Zone team. The Candidate is responsible for overseeing and leading the work of a group. One Network Private Limited has five Zones, each zone has motorway projects. The Assistant Manager is expected to manage the execution of all the Power Projects along with O&M of Power for the dedicated Zone.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of power operations, round the clock on appointed motorway.
• Planning and supervision of all power related activities at toll plazas.
• Aligning resources and ensuring that prompt response is being generated by all ground tiers.
• Ensure Power/ Plaza Techs are executing the routine maintenance duties as per the set schedule. Also, that they have all the required tools, spares and items required for execution of maintenance activities are held with the Power techs.
• Ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is held with Power techs. Ladder in good condition must be provided (where needed) to assist techs in cleaning of solar panels.
• Immediate response in power failure to minimize downtime and mitigate the risk of prolonged power outages.
• Enforcement of SOPs for Server Rooms, Power Rooms, Preventive maintenance and Troubleshooting guidelines through ground staff.
• Coordination with external parties such as WAPDA, DISCOs, O&M staff for required support in operations, maintenance and project execution.
• Liaising with the AM Coord & store in-charge and ensuring that held stock is sufficient in case of any incident or power issue. In case of deficiency, demands are to be processed timely to HQ O&M.
• Responsible for keeping the record of all Power Equipment installed on MW, Spare Power Eqpt, faulty Power Eqpt, and Power Eqpt Inventory record location-wise.
• Also, he has to ensure maintenance of load shedding, genset fuel Consumption and solar production record.
• Genset fuel supply, storage & consumption at all plazas is to be strictly monitored and measures for conservation of fuel at problematic sites is to be recommended to HQ O&M team.
• Street lights within 100mtr of each toll plaza (both sides) must be working in all conditions. Any fault must be rectified without delay.
• ACs in all toll booths, Power rooms & server rooms must be functional.
• Visit each toll plaza twice a month and report the issues to GM and HQ O&M team rectification of issues/points observed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Hands-on work experience with Solar Systems, LV Panels, Diesel Generators, UPS, Batteries, and Power Protection Systems.
• Understanding of FAULTS in Power systems and their rectification (incl T/F, Generators, Cabling, Solar & UPS)

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of exWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power.
• 5 + years experience in relevant fields.
• Hands-on Working Experience in Power System Installation with O&M.
• Ability to Lead, Manage, and Train Power Technicians for Power Projects Execution and O&M.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
