AR Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as AR Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with up to one year of experience in customer support, call centers, or AR roles. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies or clients to follow up on pending claims or payments.
  • Understand and resolve basic AR (Accounts Receivable) issues with guidance.
  • Update claim status and documentation accurately in the system.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company compliance policies at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in: Customer Support, Call Center, or AR / RCM (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: As per Market rate

Schedule: Night shift
