General Manager – E-Commerce -(PHR/1026/1)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager – E-Commerce to lead our multi-platform online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon (PL, Wholesale, PPC) and hands-on experience with eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other global marketplaces.

Primary Responsibility:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
• Manage Private Label (PL), Wholesale, and Drop shipping business models.
• Lead PPC campaigns, keyword optimization, and conversion rate strategies to maximize ROI.
• Oversee store operations, product listings, pricing, promotions, and performance analytics.
• Build and scale e-commerce brands from concept to profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in online sales, customer satisfaction, and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• 13–14 years of experience in Textile & Amazon E-commerce
• In-depth knowledge of PPC, FBA, drop shipping, and e-commerce analytics tools
• Proven track record in brand building, sales growth, and marketplace expansion
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Educational qualifications: BBA / BSCS / MS / MBA

Skills, Personality Traits:

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale online operations
• Strong understanding of global market trends and platform-specific compliance
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Ad Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs850,000.00 per month
