VA Specialist for US E-commerce Market (Amazon, TikTok, Shopify)

We are a Private Label (PL) e-commerce brand selling our own branded consumer products in the USA market through multiple online platforms including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Walmart, and Shopify.

We are hiring a results-driven Virtual Assistant (VA) whose primary responsibility is increasing sales and revenue across these platforms.

This role is strictly focused on sales growth and revenue performance.
We are not hiring for basic tasks like simple product uploading or routine admin work.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales and revenue across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Walmart, and Shopify
• Monitor and utilize platform promotions, deals, trends, and new features
• Optimize product performance (pricing, offers, visibility, conversions)
• Launch and manage campaigns, discounts, and promotional activities
• Analyze sales data and take actions to improve daily revenue
• Research competitors and identify growth opportunities
• Stay updated with changes, policies, and growth tools on each platform
• Continuously test and scale strategies that improve sales performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience selling products in the US e-commerce market
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Temu, or Shopify
• Strong understanding of:
• Marketplace algorithms
• Promotions & deals
• Buyer behavior
• Conversion optimization
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• On-site only — Karachi
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
