About the Role:
Join our innovative team as an Export Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in expanding our premier product lines beyond Qatar. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional who is passionate about international sales and eager to tap into the potential of the MENA and GCC markets, especially Saudi Arabia and Dubai, as well as select regions in Africa. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and develop impactful relationships in a vibrant global marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and B2B clients in targeted international markets.
- Design and present customized pricing proposals tailored to specific products, regions, and quantities to maximize sales potential.
- Negotiate and successfully close international export deals for our diverse product lines.
- Collaborate seamlessly with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to compliance standards.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity and emerging trends in target regions, providing insights to inform strategy.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance forecasts to track international growth and market penetration.
- Represent the company at key trade shows and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and network with industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of successful experience in Export Sales, ideally within the mattresses, FMCG, or durable goods sectors.
- Proven track record of navigating the GCC and/or African markets with ease.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is essential.
- Exceptional negotiation, reporting, and follow-up skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of international pricing strategies, shipping terms, and export documentation processes.
- A willingness to travel frequently to foster client relationships and explore emerging markets.
- Residing in Qatar or open to relocation to meet the demands of this role.
