Job Description:Job Description:The role reports to the Zonal Academic Manager and is responsible for the academic program this includes providing oversight, management and coaching to your team of Center Coordinators , Facilitators and other team members of the branch. In addition to regular classroom observations, the Academic Manager is responsible for leading trainings, inductions &amp; assisting with lesson , event &amp; activities planning and proper implementation, with a variety of administrative duties. Someone who can motivate a team to provide fun, engaging, interactive and creative learning experiences for their children.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support School in curriculum implementation &amp; supervision</li><li>Ensure Quality lessons are being delivered to the children</li><li>Suggest strategies for improving efficiency &amp; effectiveness</li><li>Planning and conducting Facilitators training programs at various branches.</li><li>Preparing facilitators training reports</li><li>Forming a report of each participant based on their performance during and after facilitators training.</li><li>Visiting centers&rsquo; for quality audits and making a report for the same</li><li>Developed forms like quality check of centre&rsquo;, Audit, Facilitators' Training.</li><li>Assist the branch team to ensure quality preschool education</li><li>Plan and conduct workshops for parents</li><li>Train and assist Center Coordinators / Counselors in boosting enrolments</li><li>Assist branch in quality academic delivery and ensuring branch growth</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Requisite:M.Ed / B.Ed / Post Graduate/ Graduate / EECD/ TTC with relevant experience of 3-7 years in handing Franchisee Preschool Operations/ Academics / Support.Willingness to travel to geographical locations.Desired Skills &amp; Qualities:<ul><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills</li><li>High level of focus on work/attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong Networking and Presentation Skills</li><li>Excellent Communication &amp; Information Management skills.</li></ul>We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced professional to join the business operations, support and growth management team. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of Key accounts to ensure the success of organisation. Acquiring a thorough understanding of Franchisee&rsquo;s needs and requirements. Expanding the relationships with existing Franchisee, Center Team and Parents by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
