Key Responsibilities A. Raw Material &amp; Sorting Management1. Raw Material Receiving:- Supervise unloading of plastic scrap (local/imported).- Enforce SOPs: checklist completion, picture evidence, tagging by date/quality.- Stack raw materials in the correct zone with identification labels.2. Issuance to Sorting Department:- Issue materials for sorting based on daily requirements.- Coordinate separation of materials by color, grade, and quality.- Ensure proper distinction of usable vs. waste material.3. Receiving from Sorting Department:- Receive sorted material daily or next morning.- Match issued vs. received quantity and document properly.- Monitor and control waste percentage. Prevent misclassification of good material as waste.4. Sorted Material Management:- Stack sorted material in designated areas by weight, color, and category.- Maintain systematic records of sorted material by batch and date.- Issue sorted material to production as per daily production requirements.5. Baling Operations:- Ensure baling of all waste material is done efficiently.- No loose/unpressed material should remain at day end.- Tag bales properly and maintain baling weight records.B. Finished Goods Management6. Receiving Finished Goods:- Collect finished granules from production in jumbo bags.- Receive associated waste from production.- Document all quantities received accurately.7. Yield Monitoring &amp; Reporting:- Compare issued sorted material vs. granules produced.- Calculate daily yield percentage and highlight gaps if any.- Report to management on performance and waste trends.8. Finished Goods Storage:- Stack finished products in labeled and defined areas.- Ensure clear zone definitions with signage and categorization.C. Dispatch &amp; Inventory Control9. Dispatch Management:- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing for dispatch instructions.- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation of dispatch items.10. Stock Closings &amp; Record Keeping:- Weekly and monthly stock closing of raw, sorted, finished, and waste.- Maintain accurate inventory logs and physical stock matching.11. Documentation &amp; Compliance:- Ensure all material movement is supported by paperwork.- Maintain digital/manual logs. Support ISO, GRS, and internal audits.Key Skills &amp; Competencies: - Warehouse supervision and inventory control- Plastic recycling process understanding- Strong reporting and documentation discipline- Team handling and coordination with production/salesQualification &amp; Experience: - Bachelor's or Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain - 4&ndash;6 years in warehouse management (preferably in recycling/plastics)Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Warehouse Manager (Kotri Hyderabad )
