Position Overview:We are seeking a dependable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and support our team of cleaners and custodians. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining company standards, and leading by example in professionalism, accountability, and work ethic.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident managing teams in commercial cleaning environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff across assigned properties</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met</li></ul><ul><li>Address performance issues and provide coaching when necessary</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all staff follow company policies, safety procedures, and client expectations</li></ul><ul><li>Manage scheduling, coverage, and time tracking</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with clients and management regarding service updates or concerns</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment</li></ul><ul><li>Step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services required</li></ul><ul><li>Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written)</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds and be active for extended periods</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A leader who takes ownership and solves problems without being micromanaged</li></ul><ul><li>Someone who sets the standard, not just enforces it</li></ul><ul><li>Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul><ul><li>Supportive and growth-focused work environment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
