Part-Time Paediatric Nurse Coordinator &ndash; Complex Care ServicesLocation: Ilford Hours: Part-Time (Flexible) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Paediatric Nurse (RSCN/RN Child) to join our growing Complex Care team on a part-time basis.This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to children with complex health needs within their own homes and community settings.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and oversee care packages for children with complex healthcare needs.</li><li>Develop and review personalised care plans and risk assessments.</li><li>Conduct staff competency assessments, observations, and clinical supervision.</li><li>Support the recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of care staff.</li><li>Manage and coordinate staff rotas to ensure safe and effective service delivery.</li><li>Carry out clinical reviews, spot checks, and quality assurance visits.</li><li>Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, and healthcare professionals.</li><li>Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and clinical governance requirements.</li></ul>Essential Requirements<ul><li>Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN/RN Child) with a valid NMC registration.</li><li>Previous experience working with children with complex healthcare needs.</li><li>Strong knowledge of clinical competencies, staff supervision, and care coordination.</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).</li><li>Tracheostomy care.</li><li>Suctioning</li><li>Enteral feeding (PEG).</li><li>Seizure management.</li><li>Community complex care or continuing care services.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Flexible part-time working arrangements.</li><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.</li><li>Supportive and friendly management team.</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.</li></ul>If you are a dedicated Paediatric Nurse looking to combine clinical expertise with leadership and care coordination responsibilities, we would love to hear from you.Apply today and help us deliver exceptional care to children with complex healthcare needs.Work Location: In person
