This position offers flexible hours perfect for those passionate about hospitality and the food and beverage industry.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues promptly.</li><li>Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials to ensure smooth operations during shifts.</li><li>Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, including nightclubs, banquet events, or casual dining settings, to deliver seamless service.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and quick calculations for drink recipes.</li><li>Experience in catering or food service environments that require multitasking and attention to detail is advantageous.
