Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues promptly.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, including nightclubs, banquet events, or casual dining settings, to deliver seamless service.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
• Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and quick calculations for drink recipes.

Pay: $23.01 - $27.71 per hour
