If you believe in showing up, working hard, and pitching in with a positive attitude, you'll fit right in!PurposeMake sure the shop runs smoothly &mdash; manage tool inventory, keep equipment ready and in working order, and support field operations.Position Overview&middot; Full-time, 40 hours per week&middot; Drug-free workplace&middot; Reports to the Vice President&middot; Work hard, have fun, and support the teamKey Responsibilities&middot; Maintain clean and orderly work areas&middot; Communicate with both field and office teams; multitask to manage day-to-day shop operations&middot; Use computers for email, scheduling, and inventory management&middot; Perform maintenance on small machines and equipment (oil changes on skid steers, lulls, mini excavators) and take care of facility needs (painting, landscaping, etc.)&middot; Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service&middot; Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments&middot; Load trailers and restock shelves as needed &mdash; organize tools, equipment, and materials for efficiency&middot; Update inventory daily on the company website&middot; Use a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment&middot; Detect and report faulty operations or defective machinery to the supervisor&middot; Follow all company safety and SOP guidelinesPhysical Demands&middot; Stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle tools, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed&middot; Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; Strong organization and communication skills&middot; Basic office computer skills (email, scheduling, inventory software)&middot; Ability to complete tasks, meet expectations, collaborate, and problem-solve&middot; Valid driver's license&middot; Ability to read and write in English (Spanish a plus)&middot; Demonstrated work ethic: show up on time and work hardPreferred Experience&middot; Experience in a warehouse, shop, or similar environment&middot; Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and materials&middot; Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and repair&middot; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusEducation&middot; No formal degree required; strong work ethic and relevant experience are most importantCompensation &amp; Benefits&middot; Competitive hourly pay based on experience&middot; Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days&middot; 401(k) plan&middot; Paid holidays after the 90-day introductory period&middot; Paid vacation after 1 year &mdash; 5 days, increasing with tenure (up to 15 days at 10+ years)&middot; Drug-free workplaceWork Location: In person
