<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Overview</b></h2>
<p>Shelter Care is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to assist with the transportation of our youth served in our programs. This role involves safely transporting youth ages 11&ndash;17 to and from school while maintaining a supportive, respectful, and youth-centered environment. This is a part-time position with split shift scheduling to accommodate before and after school needs.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off in company vehicle while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with program staff regarding transportation schedules and any concerns.</li>
<li>Adhere to all Shelter Care policies and procedures during transportation duties.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Minimum of 21 years of age.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record. This is non-negotiable.</li>
<li>Must maintain full compliance with criminal background check requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to work part-time with split shift availability.</li></ul></div>
