We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and manage Sheopals&rsquo; presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience within the Ayurvedic, health &amp; wellness, or FMCG industry, and be skilled at building engaging brand narratives that resonate with our target audience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute an effective social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives.</li><li>Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored to each platform.</li><li>Manage daily posting and ensure consistent brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li><li>Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials.</li><li>Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and UGC.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Analyze KPIs, generate performance reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and reach.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in the wellness and Ayurvedic niche.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Only candidates with relevant experience in the Ayurvedic, wellness, health, or FMCG industry will be considered.</li><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn).</li><li>Proficiency with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).</li><li>Creative mindset with excellent content planning, writing, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze social media metrics and apply insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and hashtag strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience working with influencers and content creators is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.</li><li>Experience working with Ayurvedic, health, wellness, or organic product brands.</li><li>Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) are a bonus.</li><li>Strong understanding of Ayurveda and natural living trends is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Ayurveda: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
