About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on HR who lives and breathes telesales hiring — someone who can build an entire floor of confident, target-driven sales agents from scratch.

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment of telesales agents — sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Bulk hire across multiple regions — North, South, East, and West — optimizing cost per hire and quality.
- Create and maintain a steady pipeline of telesales candidates ready to join on short notice.
- Work closely with sales team leaders to forecast manpower needs and close positions fast.
- Stay present on the floor daily — observe, engage, and align with team dynamics and performance.
- Track hiring metrics (TAT, cost/hire, joining ratio, retention) and share weekly dashboards.
- Drive referral programs, walk-ins, local tie-ups, and campus hiring to scale faster.
What We Expect
- 5+ years of solid experience in telesales / BPO / call-center hiring (bulk or regional).
- Proven record of closing 50–100+ positions/month under tight timelines.
- Confidence and presence to command respect on the sales floor.
- Deep understanding of regional hiring markets and languages.
- Smart negotiator who can balance cost with quality.
- Strong ownership, pressure-handling, and result-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
