You'll be responsible for managing financial operations across our portfolio of mixed communities, handling complex service charge calculations, collections, and ensuring RERA compliance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple HOA communities</li><li>Process and reconcile service charges, owner payments, and collections</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for owners committees</li><li>Handle vendor invoicing, payment processing, and contract compliance</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the Zoho Books/Zoho One platform</li><li>Coordinate with RERA and ensure regulatory compliance for community financial matters</li><li>Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts for communities</li><li>Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring</li><li>Support audit processes and prepare year-end financial documentation</li><li>Generate ageing reports</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 7 years of accounting experience in UAE</li><li>Previous experience in community management, property management, or the real estate sector is MANDATORY</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books/Zoho One strongly preferred)</li><li>Understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai property management requirements</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modelling)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to FINALIZE the accounts for each community</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Zoho Books/Zoho One certification or extensive hands-on experience</li><li>Knowledge of the Mollak system and joint ownership property declarations</li><li>Experience with service charge budgeting and owner communications</li><li>Familiarity with BTU/utility metering and cost allocation</li><li>Previous experience working with owners committees</li><li>Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Dynamic work environment managing diverse communities</li><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge property management technology</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in community/property management accounting?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Zoho One or Books: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
