The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong community/property management background to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing financial operations across our portfolio of mixed communities, handling complex service charge calculations, collections, and ensuring RERA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple HOA communities
  • Process and reconcile service charges, owner payments, and collections
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for owners committees
  • Handle vendor invoicing, payment processing, and contract compliance
  • Maintain accurate records in the Zoho Books/Zoho One platform
  • Coordinate with RERA and ensure regulatory compliance for community financial matters
  • Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts for communities
  • Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
  • Support audit processes and prepare year-end financial documentation
  • Generate ageing reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of accounting experience in UAE
  • Previous experience in community management, property management, or the real estate sector is MANDATORY
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books/Zoho One strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai property management requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modelling)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to FINALIZE the accounts for each community

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Zoho Books/Zoho One certification or extensive hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of the Mollak system and joint ownership property declarations
  • Experience with service charge budgeting and owner communications
  • Familiarity with BTU/utility metering and cost allocation
  • Previous experience working with owners committees
  • Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
