This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while becoming an integral part of a high-performing, patient-focused team.Schedule<ul><li>Primary commitment: Tuesdays, 9 &ndash; 2pm (required)</li><li>Additional hours available Thursday or Friday for a few hours each week</li><li>Potential for occasional flexibility based on office needs</li></ul>Compensation:$16-22/hour, depending on experience. Benefits include optional health insurance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet patients and answer phone calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and assist in coordinating treatment providers&rsquo; calendars</li><li>Process patient payments and ensure accurate financial reporting</li><li>Maintain office cleanliness, room turnover, and inventory management</li><li>Run end-of-day reports and balance daily ledgers</li><li>Track patient follow-ups and proactively support retention</li><li>Contribute to our social media presence and marketing outreach</li><li>Assist in planning and executing community events</li><li>Handle administrative duties such as office procedures</li><li>Support Dr. Sherman and the team with special projects and initiatives</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>High school diploma required; additional education in office administration or healthcare is a plus</li><li>Prior experience in a receptionist or admin role; healthcare experience preferred but not necessary</li><li>Discretion and respect for patient confidentiality (HIPAA awareness is essential)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, clear, and professional</li><li>Highly organized with great attention to detail</li><li>Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word</li><li>A team player with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities</li><li>Flexibility in schedule and attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here:At Sherman Sport &amp; Spine, you&rsquo;ll be part of a mission to help people feel and perform their best.
