Your energy and commitment will inspire curiosity, encourage social skills, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning.Duties<ul><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity</li><li>Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning atmosphere</li><li>Monitor children&rsquo;s progress and communicate developmental milestones to parents regularly</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure consistency and comfort</li><li>Support classroom management by encouraging good behavior and conflict resolution among children</li><li>Organize educational materials and resources to enhance lesson plans and activities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong ability to develop and follow meal plans</li><li>Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting</li><li>Strong understanding of early childhood development principles</li><li>Excellent meal preparation, portion control and communication skills to engage effectively work with leadership and team members</li><li>Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and needs</li><li>Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to fostering a positive learning experience</li><li>Certification in early childhood education is mandatory (We can work with you to complete the 30 STARS process)</li><li>Must be patient, energetic, organized, and committed to nurturing young learners</li></ul>Join us in making a meaningful impact on children's lives through energetic engagement and dedicated care!Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
