The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Job Title: HR Generalist:Requirements &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years HR experience, in construction or related trades.</li><li>Onboarding subcontractors and maintaining relationships.</li><li>Proficient administrative assistant skills: (filing, and office organization and QuickBooks)</li><li>Proven ability to develop and implement processes and procedures (onboarding, performance reviews, safety documentation, record-keeping).</li><li>Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Handle employee relations and resolve HR issues.</li><li>Familiarity with labor laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.</li><li>Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</li><li>Self-driven commitment to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement</li></ul>Extra Duties: Help put SOPs in place, onboarding employees and subcontractors on job tread.Pay &amp; Benefits:$70k.
