Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Job Title: HR Generalist:

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years HR experience, in construction or related trades.
• Onboarding subcontractors and maintaining relationships.
• Proficient administrative assistant skills: (filing, and office organization and QuickBooks)
• Proven ability to develop and implement processes and procedures (onboarding, performance reviews, safety documentation, record-keeping).
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee relations and resolve HR issues.
• Familiarity with labor laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Self-driven commitment to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement

Extra Duties: Help put SOPs in place, onboarding employees and subcontractors on job tread.

Pay & Benefits:

$70k. A year or open to negotiate based on experience

$1,000 a month benefit package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,672.89 - $73,068.43 per year
