You'll work in person with clients who are ready to optimize their health&mdash;through hormone balancing, peptides, fat loss, and full-body wellness.This is not primary care. This is next-level preventative medicine.This is an in-person position only &mdash; no telehealth or remote work available.WHO THIS IS FORYou&rsquo;re done with burnout, bureaucracy, and 7-minute sick visits. You&rsquo;re not here to treat symptoms&mdash;you&rsquo;re here to solve the root cause. You want more autonomy, deeper impact, and a chance to work in an environment that values innovation, results, and patient experience.SHIFT was built for providers like you.WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO<ul><li>Conduct functional consultations: HRT, peptides, GLP-1s, weight loss</li><li>Interpret advanced lab panels + create patient-specific protocols</li><li>Draw blood, prep samples, and manage in-clinic lab processes</li><li>Prescribe evidence-based therapies (compounds, injectables, etc.)</li><li>Operate inside our EMR (Aesthetic Record) + contribute to SOPs</li><li>Collaborate on clinical strategy as SHIFT grows</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Utah licensed APRN with active DEA license (Required)</li><li>In-person only &ndash; must live locally or be ready to relocate</li><li>Confident with blood draws + sample handling</li><li>Experience in functional medicine, HRT, or wellness preferred</li><li>Passionate about patient outcomes, not insurance codes</li><li>Independent thinker with strong communication skills</li></ul>COMP + PERKS<ul><li>$50&ndash;$75/hour with room to grow as caseload builds</li><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Flexible part-time hours (2-3x/week to start), path to full-time</li><li>High-end clinic environment (no hospital chaos, no insurance billing)</li><li>Work with top-tier compounding pharmacies + protocols</li><li>Influence the direction of a fast-growing brand from the ground up</li><li>End-of-year benefits package based on growth + performance</li></ul>Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hourWork Location: In person
