THE ROLE

We’re seeking a confident, forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our high-end functional medicine clinic in American Fork, UT. You'll work in person with clients who are ready to optimize their health—through hormone balancing, peptides, fat loss, and full-body wellness.

This is not primary care. This is next-level preventative medicine.

This is an in-person position only — no telehealth or remote work available.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct functional consultations: HRT, peptides, GLP-1s, weight loss
• Interpret advanced lab panels + create patient-specific protocols
• Draw blood, prep samples, and manage in-clinic lab processes
• Prescribe evidence-based therapies (compounds, injectables, etc.)
• Operate inside our EMR (Aesthetic Record) + contribute to SOPs
• Collaborate on clinical strategy as SHIFT grows

REQUIREMENTS

• Utah licensed APRN with active DEA license (Required)
• In-person only – must live locally or be ready to relocate
• Confident with blood draws + sample handling
• Experience in functional medicine, HRT, or wellness preferred
• Passionate about patient outcomes, not insurance codes
• Independent thinker with strong communication skills

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
