From release rollouts to long-term artist presence, we build systems that help artists and brands grow beyond just one campaign.We&rsquo;re deeply involved in an artist&rsquo;s journey: their content, narrative, audience, live presence, and growth strategy.Role Overview We&rsquo;re hiring an Artist Growth &amp; Content Strategist: someone who wants to be inside the artist ecosystem, not managing it from the outside.This role is for someone who:<ul><li>loves music and the scene</li><li>understands internet culture</li><li>wants to help shape artists&rsquo; stories, not just post content</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll work closely with artists, editors, creators, and the core marketing team to plan and execute 360&deg; artist growth strategies.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Plan and execute content-led growth strategies for artists &amp; brands</li><li>Coordinate directly with artists on ideas, narratives, and releases</li><li>Help conceptualize and execute guerrilla campaigns &amp; cultural moments</li><li>Be involved in live event planning, rollouts, and activations</li><li>Lead social-first campaigns, audio trends, and community engagement</li><li>Coordinate with editors, creators, PR, and external collaborators</li><li>Track performance and refine strategies based on what&rsquo;s working</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Discord &amp; internet culture</li><li>Comfortable creating content yourself (reels, stories, posts)</li><li>Ability to think beyond calendars: into narratives, moments, and growth</li><li>Good communication &amp; coordination skills</li><li>Deep interest in music, artists, pop culture, and communities</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Work closely with artists and be part of their growth journey</li><li>Exposure to live shows, campaigns, and cultural activations</li><li>Opportunity to shape creative &amp; content direction end-to-end</li><li>Learn marketing, strategy, and execution hands-on</li></ul>Prior experience helps, but content instincts and execution matter more.Email your resume and any relevant work/handles to hiring@shiftedlabz.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
