Role Overview
We’re hiring an Artist Growth & Content Strategist: someone who wants to be inside the artist ecosystem, not managing it from the outside.

This role is for someone who:

• loves music and the scene
• understands internet culture
• wants to help shape artists’ stories, not just post content

You’ll work closely with artists, editors, creators, and the core marketing team to plan and execute 360° artist growth strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute content-led growth strategies for artists & brands
• Coordinate directly with artists on ideas, narratives, and releases
• Help conceptualize and execute guerrilla campaigns & cultural moments
• Be involved in live event planning, rollouts, and activations
• Lead social-first campaigns, audio trends, and community engagement
• Coordinate with editors, creators, PR, and external collaborators
• Track performance and refine strategies based on what’s working

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Discord & internet culture
• Comfortable creating content yourself (reels, stories, posts)
• Ability to think beyond calendars: into narratives, moments, and growth
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Deep interest in music, artists, pop culture, and communities
