Key Responsibility:<ul><li>Identify and network with officials, builders, contractors, engineers, material suppliers, and brokers for lead generation.</li><li>Promote the company and its schemes in commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments.</li><li>Conduct events and promotional activities in various establishments.</li><li>Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials at identified locations.</li><li>Network with trade and professional associations to promote the brand and run campaigns.</li><li>Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the open and direct market.</li><li>Handle sales, operational, and administrative activities to achieve business targets.</li><li>Analyze business trends and target performance to develop new strategies.</li><li>Screen customer proposals using the Tab Application and provide initial approval.</li><li>Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proposal appraisal, documentation, approval, and fee collection.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Kannada (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
