1. Branch Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch including front office, infrastructure, logistics, and facility management.</li></ul>2. Academic &amp; Faculty Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with academic teams to ensure timely class schedules, faculty availability, and academic support.</li><li>Address student grievances related to academics and logistics in a timely manner.</li><li>Monitor faculty feedback and assist in implementing improvements.</li></ul>3. Student Lifecycle Management<ul><li>Oversee admissions, batch formation, student onboarding, ID cards, and database maintenance.</li><li>Ensure smooth conduct of tests, examinations, and result processing.</li><li>Support counseling and retention initiatives to ensure high student satisfaction.</li></ul>4. Team Management<ul><li>Supervise non-academic staff including counselors, support staff, and front office personnel.</li><li>Assist in training, scheduling, and monitoring staff performance.</li><li>Ensure a collaborative and productive working environment.</li></ul>5. Sales &amp; Revenue Support<ul><li>Coordinate with the sales/counseling team to track admissions and revenue targets.</li><li>Monitor leads, walk-ins, and conversions on a daily/weekly basis.</li><li>Ensure accurate reporting and MIS submission to regional/corporate teams.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain documentation as per internal and external audit requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit branch performance reports regularly.</li><li>Ensure timely escalation of issues to Branch Manager/HO as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation, and operational checklists.</li><li>Manage branch-level inventory, housekeeping, and IT infrastructure in coordination with respective teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Operations management/ Administration / Facility Management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Telugu (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
