1. Branch Operations & Administration
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch including front office, infrastructure, logistics, and facility management.
2. Academic & Faculty Coordination
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure timely class schedules, faculty availability, and academic support.
- Address student grievances related to academics and logistics in a timely manner.
- Monitor faculty feedback and assist in implementing improvements.
3. Student Lifecycle Management
- Oversee admissions, batch formation, student onboarding, ID cards, and database maintenance.
- Ensure smooth conduct of tests, examinations, and result processing.
- Support counseling and retention initiatives to ensure high student satisfaction.
4. Team Management
- Supervise non-academic staff including counselors, support staff, and front office personnel.
- Assist in training, scheduling, and monitoring staff performance.
- Ensure a collaborative and productive working environment.
5. Sales & Revenue Support
- Coordinate with the sales/counseling team to track admissions and revenue targets.
- Monitor leads, walk-ins, and conversions on a daily/weekly basis.
- Ensure accurate reporting and MIS submission to regional/corporate teams.
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain documentation as per internal and external audit requirements.
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports regularly.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues to Branch Manager/HO as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation, and operational checklists.
- Manage branch-level inventory, housekeeping, and IT infrastructure in coordination with respective teams.

Pay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
