We believe in empowering our team members to grow their skills and take ownership of exciting projects every day.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on multichannel marketing including digital, social media, and other platforms.</li><li>Lead the creation of engaging content for various channels such as websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media to attract and retain customers.</li><li>Manage advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, and other digital advertising tools to maximize reach and ROI.</li><li>Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts to improve website visibility and organic traffic using keyword research, content optimization, and technical improvements.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement through personalized messaging.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms; generate reports to inform future strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with product management teams to support product launches and promotional activities that boost sales and brand recognition.</li><li>Manage budgets for marketing initiatives ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across channels.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing tactics.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in B2B (business-to-business) marketing as well as consumer-focused approaches for diverse markets.</li><li>Support sales teams by creating compelling sales collateral and assisting with advertising sales efforts when needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing multichannel campaigns across digital platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, email marketing tools, and other advertising channels.</li><li>Familiarity with website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or other analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize results.</li><li>Experience working within e-commerce environments or managing online sales channels is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to craft persuasive copywriting tailored for different audiences while maintaining brand voice consistency.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp to nurture leads effectively.</li><li>Excellent research skills combined with a strategic mindset for developing innovative marketing solutions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills including budgeting experience to plan campaigns within financial parameters while achieving objectives.
