Sunny Cafe is on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help us connect with our customer. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on multichannel marketing including digital, social media, and other platforms.
- Lead the creation of engaging content for various channels such as websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media to attract and retain customers.
- Manage advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, and other digital advertising tools to maximize reach and ROI.
- Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts to improve website visibility and organic traffic using keyword research, content optimization, and technical improvements.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement through personalized messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms; generate reports to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with product management teams to support product launches and promotional activities that boost sales and brand recognition.
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing tactics.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in B2B (business-to-business) marketing as well as consumer-focused approaches for diverse markets.
- Support sales teams by creating compelling sales collateral and assisting with advertising sales efforts when needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing multichannel campaigns across digital platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, email marketing tools, and other advertising channels.
- Familiarity with website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or other analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize results.
- Experience working within e-commerce environments or managing online sales channels is highly desirable.
- Ability to craft persuasive copywriting tailored for different audiences while maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp to nurture leads effectively.
- Excellent research skills combined with a strategic mindset for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills including budgeting experience to plan campaigns within financial parameters while achieving objectives.
