Position: HR ManagerResponsibilities:&#9679; HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CHRO to develop and execute a localized HR strategy that aligns with the company objectives and addresses the specific needs of the business&#9679; Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local Labour laws and regulations specific to the corporate and manufacturing industry, collaborating with legal teams as necessary to mitigate risks.&#9679; Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Coordinate with external partners to facilitate payroll operations when necessary.&#9679; Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent in the tech and manufacturing sectors, fostering diversity and inclusion. Develop partnerships with local educational institutions and industry networks.&#9679; Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
