Purchase Manager

• Manage end-to-end procurement of cotton/agro commodities with a focus on bulk quantity transactions.
• Source raw materials from farmers, ginners, traders, and suppliers at competitive prices.
• Handle bulk purchase negotiations, price finalization, and contract agreements.
• Monitor market trends, seasonal availability, and price fluctuations in cotton/agro markets.
• Ensure quality checks, grading, and compliance with company specifications.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely lifting, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage vendor relationships and develop reliable supplier networks.
• Ensure accurate documentation including purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and quality reports.
• Track stock movement and maintain procurement MIS reports.
• Coordinate with finance/accounts teams for payment processing and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to agro procurement.
• Strong experience in cotton or agro commodity procurement.
• Proven ability to handle large-volume / bulk transactions.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of cotton quality parameters, grading, and market practices.
• Experience in coordinating logistics, storage, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
