Job Description (JD) Purpose: To lead, coordinate, and execute construction projects exceeding 50,000 sq. ft., ensuring quality, cost, timeline, and safety benchmarks are met. Oversee planning, procurement, resource management, and execution phases for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Pay: 12.0-15.0 LPAKey Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning &amp; Coordination &#9702; Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules using tools, and work breakdown structures (WBS).&#9702; Conduct kickoff meetings with internal teams, architects, consultants, and contractors.2. Site Management &#9702; Daily site oversight to ensure adherence to drawings, safety protocols, and quality standards.&#9702; Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and vendors for efficient execution.3. Procurement Management &#9702; Manage BOQ preparation, vendor selection, material procurement, and logistics. &#9702; Negotiate contracts and manage timelines for deliveries.4. Material Estimation &amp; Budgeting &#9702; Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural and structural drawings. &#9702; Track consumption, reconcile materials, and manage deviations.5. Execution &amp; Monitoring &#9702; Drive progress according to schedule with weekly milestone reviews.&#9702; Implement quality checks and ensure compliance with structural and MEP specifications.6. Reporting &amp; Documentation &#9702; Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, cost tracking, and variation statements.&#9702; Maintain site logs, inspection records, and as-built documentation.7. Stakeholder Communication &#9702; Regular coordination with project owners, consultants, authorities, and financial controllers.&#9702; Handle escalations and corrective actions.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)KPI - Target MetricProject Completion Timeline - Within &plusmn;5% of baseline scheduleBudget Adherence - Within &plusmn;5% of approved budgetQuality Compliance - &lt;3 NCRs per quarter from auditsSafety Performance - Zero major accidents; &lt;1 minor/monthVendor Timeliness - 95% on-time deliveryResource Efficiency - Max 10% material wastage varianceClient Satisfaction - &gt;90% project owner satisfaction scoreDocumentation Accuracy - 100% compliance in site logs, reports, and handoversSelection Criteria Essential Qualifications: <ul><li>B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years experience in site/project management for projects 50,000+ sq. ft.</li></ul>Technical Skills: <ul><li>Billing &amp; Estimation</li><li>Strong knowledge of structural systems, RCC detailing, MEP coordination</li><li>Costing, BOQ, and rate analysis expertise</li><li>Strong safety and quality management understanding</li></ul>Soft Skills: <ul><li>Leadership &amp; team coordination</li><li>Negotiation &amp; conflict resolution</li><li>Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Decision-making under pressure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,200,000.00 - &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
