Roles &amp; Responsibilities1️ Preventive &amp; Breakdown Maintenance<ul><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance of machines and equipment as per maintenance schedule</li><li>Attend machine breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical issues</li><li>Minimize downtime by quick diagnosis and corrective actions</li><li>Replace worn-out or damaged parts (bearings, belts, seals, gears, etc.)</li></ul>2️ Installation &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery</li><li>Align machines and equipment properly as per standards</li><li>Support trial runs and ensure smooth operation</li></ul>3️ Equipment Inspection &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Conduct regular inspection of motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li><li>Monitor vibration, noise, temperature, and performance parameters</li><li>Report abnormal conditions to senior engineers</li></ul>4️ Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily maintenance logs and records</li><li>Update breakdown reports and maintenance checklists</li><li>Follow ISO/SOP documentation procedures</li></ul>5️ Spare Parts &amp; Inventory<ul><li>Identify required spare parts and raise indent requests</li><li>Maintain proper storage and tracking of maintenance materials</li><li>Assist in stock verification of spare parts</li></ul>6️ Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements</li><li>Ensure safe handling of tools and equipment</li><li>Comply with company policies and statutory regulations</li></ul>7️ Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Suggest improvements to reduce breakdown frequency</li><li>Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated failures</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>2-4 year of exp with Diplom in mechanical/Diploma in mechtronics</li><li>Basic knowledge of mechanical systems</li><li>Understanding of hydraulic &amp; pneumatic systems</li><li>Ability to read mechanical drawings</li><li>Basic welding/fabrication knowledge (added advantage)</li><li>Good troubleshooting skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
