Candidate must know autocad and space planning knowledgeWork will involve understanding the actual residential construction site of the client, getting and understanding site dimensions of kitchen concrete slab, beams, pillars, doors, and windows from the site (for manufacturing modular kitchen and wardrobes), supervising design work done by interior designers, understanding the architectural drawing and marking of plumbing/electric points at the actual site, checking and correcting architectural and engineering drawings, supervising Modular Kitchen installation on actual site etc.Candidate must have architectural/civil engineering mind, with emphasis on practical knowledge. Candidate should have knowledge / practical experience of activities on Residential Construction Site, such as civil work, electrical and plumbing work, floor tiles, granite, plaster, paint work etc. Candidate must understand drawings and be able to visualise site situation. Site Supervisor interior

Responsible for designing, planning, supervising and executing interior projects end-to-end. Manage drawings, BOQs, vendor coordination and site execution to achieve quality delivery within timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign &amp; Planning<ul><li>Create 2D/3D drawings, layouts, mood boards &amp; material selection.</li><li>Understand client requirements and convert them into design concepts.</li><li>Prepare BOQ, material list and technical drawings for execution.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for approvals and design modifications.</li></ul>Site Execution &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Visit site regularly and ensure work progress as per approved drawings.</li><li>Maintain quality standards in carpentry, electrical, painting, flooring, furniture etc.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors and factory team for timely completion.</li><li>Daily progress reports, measurement checks and snag tracking.</li><li>Resolve site issues and ensure safety &amp; cleanliness at site.</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Track project schedule &amp; ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Cost control &ndash; prevent material wastage &amp; monitor budget.</li><li>Vendor negotiation &amp; material procurement follow-up.</li><li>Client communication, updates and handover documentation.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape, MS Office.</li><li>Strong site execution knowledge in interiors/furniture.</li><li>Measurement accuracy &amp; material understanding.</li><li>Leadership, communication and client handling skills.</li><li>Problem-solving attitude &amp; ability to work under deadlines.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years preferred in interior projects.</li><li>Fresher can also apply if strong design knowledge (for junior role).</li></ul>Salary Range<ul><li>₹15,000 &ndash; ₹35,000/month (based on experience, city &amp; skills)</li><li>Additional allowances: site travel, mobile, and performance bonuses.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
