Interior Designer

Responsible for designing, planning, supervising and executing interior projects end-to-end. Manage drawings, BOQs, vendor coordination and site execution to achieve quality delivery within timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

• Create 2D/3D drawings, layouts, mood boards & material selection.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into design concepts.
• Prepare BOQ, material list and technical drawings for execution.
• Coordinate with clients for approvals and design modifications.

Site Execution & Supervision

• Visit site regularly and ensure work progress as per approved drawings.
• Maintain quality standards in carpentry, electrical, painting, flooring, furniture etc.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and factory team for timely completion.
• Daily progress reports, measurement checks and snag tracking.
• Resolve site issues and ensure safety & cleanliness at site.

Project Management

• Track project schedule & ensure on-time delivery.
• Cost control – prevent material wastage & monitor budget.
• Vendor negotiation & material procurement follow-up.
• Client communication, updates and handover documentation.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape, MS Office.
• Strong site execution knowledge in interiors/furniture.
• Measurement accuracy & material understanding.
• Leadership, communication and client handling skills.
• Problem-solving attitude & ability to work under deadlines.

Experience

• 2–5 years preferred in interior projects.
• Fresher can also apply if strong design knowledge (for junior role).

Salary Range

• ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience, city & skills)
• Additional allowances: site travel, mobile, and performance bonuses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
