This role is primarily focused on property management and requires hands-on experience using Buildium Property Management Software.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of real estate and wants to be part of a collaborative team, while also having the ability to grow into sales over time. You&rsquo;ll have exposure to open houses, buyer leads, and real estate transactions as you expand your role and build uncapped income potential through sales commissions.The position will begin as part-time, with a clear path to full-time for the right candidate.Why Join Shore Point Real Estate? Located in the heart of Pacific Beach, we are active in the local community and continuing to grow.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day property operations using Buildium Property Management Software</li><li>Maintain property records, leases, and financial reporting within Buildium</li><li>Coordinate vendors, maintenance requests, and work orders</li><li>Communicate with property owners and tenants, providing updates and support</li><li>Assist with leasing activities, including listings and tenant coordination</li><li>Support real estate transactions and administrative tasks</li><li>Host open houses and assist with buyer inquiries as opportunities arise</li><li>Maintain organized and accurate records of all activities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active California Real Estate License (required)</li><li>Proven experience using Buildium Property Management Software (required)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li><li>Interest in growing into real estate sales over time (a plus)</li><li>Familiarity with the Pacific Beach area or nearby communities strongly preferred</li><li>Local residency or proximity to the office is a plus</li><li>Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced Broker</li><li>Exposure to both property management and real estate sales</li><li>Uncapped commission earning potential through sales opportunities</li><li>Opportunities to participate in open houses and work with buyer leads</li></ul>Work Location: In person (Pacific Beach)Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Real Estate License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>San Diego, CA 92109 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
