About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team in Pacific Beach. This role is primarily focused on property management and requires hands-on experience using Buildium Property Management Software.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of real estate and wants to be part of a collaborative team, while also having the ability to grow into sales over time. You’ll have exposure to open houses, buyer leads, and real estate transactions as you expand your role and build uncapped income potential through sales commissions.

The position will begin as part-time, with a clear path to full-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations using Buildium Property Management Software
• Maintain property records, leases, and financial reporting within Buildium
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance requests, and work orders
• Communicate with property owners and tenants, providing updates and support
• Assist with leasing activities, including listings and tenant coordination
• Support real estate transactions and administrative tasks
• Host open houses and assist with buyer inquiries as opportunities arise
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all activities

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License (required)
• Proven experience using Buildium Property Management Software (required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Interest in growing into real estate sales over time (a plus)
• Familiarity with the Pacific Beach area or nearby communities strongly preferred
• Local residency or proximity to the office is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team
