This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment that celebrates the art of service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all safety and quality standards</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations through effective time management while providing attentive customer service</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs or requests</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet events</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse clientele</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising service quality</li><li>Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing</li><li>Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing coffee or beer when applicable</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional service while managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
