Real Estate Showing AssistantPart-Time | $17/hr + Mileage Reimbursement Location: Miami-Dade (specify core zones)MUST HANG LICENSE WITH OUR BROKERAGEPosition OverviewWe are currently hiring a Part-Time Showing Assistant with flexible availability. Our hours of operations are 9:30am - 6:30pm. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.This role is ideal for a licensed Realtor, aspiring Realtor, or real estate professional looking for structured, flexible field work without the pressure of lead generation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Attend scheduled property showings and appointments on behalf of Realtors</li><li>Arrive on time and professionally dressed</li><li>Communicate clearly with buyers and listing agents</li><li>Submit detailed written feedback after each appointment</li><li>Follow established showing protocols and quality standards</li></ul>Required Availability<ul><li>As much availability as possible, with a minimum of 20 hours of availability per week.
