Part-Time | $17/hr + Mileage Reimbursement

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Showing Assistant with flexible availability. Our hours of operations are 9:30am - 6:30pm. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role is ideal for a licensed Realtor, aspiring Realtor, or real estate professional looking for structured, flexible field work without the pressure of lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled property showings and appointments on behalf of Realtors
• Arrive on time and professionally dressed
• Communicate clearly with buyers and listing agents
• Submit detailed written feedback after each appointment
• Follow established showing protocols and quality standards

Required Availability

• As much availability as possible, with a minimum of 20 hours of availability per week. Our hours of operation are Monday - Sunday, 9:30am - 6:30pm.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned service areas
• Reliable transportation required

Qualifications

• Real Estate License
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and professional
• Comfortable working independently
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred

Compensation

• Starting at $17 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement provided
