The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large format printing and graphic design, with a strong emphasis on production quality and shop management.</p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Print Shop Operations</b></h2>
<ul><li><div>Operate and maintain large format printing equipment.</div>
</li><li><div>Demonstrate strong knowledge of various print media and substrates.</div>
</li><li><div>Perform laminating and vinyl application for various projects.</div>
</li><li><div>Ensure the quality and accuracy of all printed materials.</div>
</li><li><div>Manage the tracking and workflow of all print jobs from start to finish.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintain and manage the print shop inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.</div>
</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Graphic Design and Collaboration</b></h2>
<ul><li><div>Create, edit, and prepare graphics for large format production.</div>
</li><li><div>Collaborate with the Design team on new graphics concepts and production files.</div>
</li><li><div>Assist with various marketing tasks as needed.</div><br>

<ul><li><div>Proven experience running and maintaining a large format printer.</div>
</li><li><div>Expertise in laminating and applying vinyl graphics.</div>
</li><li><div>Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).</div>
</li><li><div>Experience in print job management and inventory control.</div>
