We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a full-time Large Format Print Shop Operator and Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large format printing and graphic design, with a strong emphasis on production quality and shop management.

Responsibilities:

Print Shop Operations

• Operate and maintain large format printing equipment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of various print media and substrates.
• Perform laminating and vinyl application for various projects.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all printed materials.
• Manage the tracking and workflow of all print jobs from start to finish.
• Maintain and manage the print shop inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Graphic Design and Collaboration

• Create, edit, and prepare graphics for large format production.
• Collaborate with the Design team on new graphics concepts and production files.
• Assist with various marketing tasks as needed.
  
  

Required Experience

• Proven experience running and maintaining a large format printer.
• Expertise in laminating and applying vinyl graphics.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in print job management and inventory control.
