Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements (Sale Deeds, MOUs, Development Agreements, Leave &amp; License, etc.)</li><li>Handling conveyance, title search, due diligence, and property documentation</li><li>Appearing before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities for legal matters</li><li>Managing legal compliance related to RERA, MOFA, MHADA, BMC, and other statutory bodies</li><li>Assisting in litigation matters and coordinating with external advocates</li><li>Providing legal advice on day-to-day real estate and construction-related issues</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>LLB degree from a recognized university</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of court practice, preferably in real estate/construction matters</li><li>Good knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
