Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements (Sale Deeds, MOUs, Development Agreements, Leave & License, etc.)
- Handling conveyance, title search, due diligence, and property documentation
- Appearing before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities for legal matters
- Managing legal compliance related to RERA, MOFA, MHADA, BMC, and other statutory bodies
- Assisting in litigation matters and coordinating with external advocates
- Providing legal advice on day-to-day real estate and construction-related issues
Eligibility Criteria:
- LLB degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 2+ years of court practice, preferably in real estate/construction matters
- Good knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
